Ben Harris is a Seattle-based actor, writer, director, musician, singer, and voice talent. He founded Cro-Magnon Pictures with Paul Maupoux in 2008, creating the character of Mr. Azymuth for The Mr. Azymuth Suite, starring in Unexpected, Capital Energy, and Man Talk (which he also wrote and directed) and is the co-writer/director and narrator of A Jazzman’s Jazzman: The Gerry Carruthers Story. He has acted with numerous theatres in Seattle and elsewhere, including ACT Theatre, Seattle Repertory, Balagan Theatre, Impact Theatre, Island Stage Left, Seattle Public, Indiana Repertory, and New Century Theatre Company. He also plays trumpet and hand percussion, and has performed with Common Market, Theoretics, Os Malandros, Vunt Foom, Gamelan Siwa Nada, Mariachi Quinto Sol, the Adam Hunter Band, Bucket of Honey, among others.
